Water (H20) is our 20th Century fuel - the future is here it is clear.

(Why not say 21st Century ? Because strictly speaking, the technology was invented in the 20th Century and should therefore have begun then !)

One inventor has taken his Hydro-fuel vehicle to a solar power car race, during the 1980s, but is refused the right to run his car in the event. He opens the bonnet of his Mark 3 Ford escort, and proudly displays a large empty space except for the engine block/head and a tiny chrome cylindrical item the size of a fist, which has been bolted to the side of the engine block and made for less than $10.00. With his camera rolling, the inventor pans across to the back of his accompanying pick up truck to display over 3 boxes full of unnecessary engine components including carburetor, regulators, catalysts and a large collection of tubes and wires. His vehicle runs on fuel made from water, what a break through, the technology the world has been looking for......... or has it?

The following is a story of rags to not accepting riches, in order not to suppress free energy technology.

It all began back in the 1970's with a lone inventor called Stanley Meyer, who had no scientific qualifications. Stanley was a Grove City, Ohio, inventor whose life's work became the development of a water fuel cell, that is, a chamber that can "tickle" water with very little electric current to produce non-polluting and combustible hydrogen and oxygen. The most remarkable observation is that the WFC (water fuel cell) and all its metal pipework remained quite cold to the touch, even after more than twenty minutes of operation. The splitting mechanism clearly evolves little heat in sharp contrast to electrolysis where the electrolyte warms up quickly. In a demonstration made before Professor Michael Laughton, Dean of Engineering at Mary College, London, Admiral Sir Anthony Griffin, a former controller of the British Navy, and Dr Keith Hindley, a UK research chemist. Meyer's cell produced far more hydrogen/oxygen mixture than could have been expected by simple electrolysis. Where normal water electrolysis requires the passage of current measured in amps, Meyer's cell achieves the same effect in milliamps. Furthermore, ordinary tap water requires the addition of an electrolyte such as sulphuric acid to aid current conduction; Meyer's cell functions at greatest efficiency with pure water.

We are living in exciting times, the first generation to ever have unequalled access to information from around the globe at the touch of a key on our computer, with state of the art indexing databases such as Google, who set themselves up with the goal of indexing as much global information as possible and making it freely available for as many people as possible.

Despite the advancement in technology with computers and the Internet, our advancements have become over shadowed recently by a much publicised environmental crisis due to alarming levels of carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere from human activity. The news is full of scare stories that predict ice caps melting and sea levels rising, while mans habitat becomes increasingly marginalised. Third world villages and townships from around the globe including India have experienced at first hand, the loss of huge areas of land, while the ravages of time and rising sea levels erode their landmarks forever.

But could the very element that covers 70 percent of the earths surface and that supposedly threatens our very future upon this planet actually hold the key to all our clean energy requirements.

Hollywood films such as "Chain Reaction" and "The Saint" have depicted story lines built around the idea of a revolutionary power source arrived at through water H20, becoming freely available for all to use around the Globe. What if that Hollywood story line turned out to be closer to the truth and rather than being a work of fiction it would change the real world we live in forever.

They say that some times you 'can't see the wood for the trees', it would appear that our need for freely available, clean renewable energy has been staring us in the face for the last 60 years, so where is this technology and why are we not using it in the 21st Century.

In the late 1950’s, Phil Stone, a retired Florida college physics professor, had a patent for a device to run an engine on water. The U.S. Government then unfairly classified his patent, and thus prevented him from developing his device. The United States Patent Office has classified 5000 patents, an unknown number of which relate to energy. Their helplessly shackled inventors will be jailed for 20 years if they work on, develop, make, sell, write about, or even simply talk about their inventions.

Fox news in the United States of America ran a series of news stories, one shows a garage mechanic burning hydrogen through a funnel placed upside down on a tank of water with nothing more than the end of a 'stick' welder providing the power into the water between two metal rods, this hydrogen fuel was then used to power several cylinder engines in the workshop. Fox also included the story of another garage mechanic inventor, who had developed a new blow torch that when fired up cut through the surface of any metal with heat equal to and hotter than the surface of the sun. And yet, you can hold the end of this torch, with the flame travelling millimetres from your fingers and only feel slightly warm. So what is this revolutionary power source that is out of this world, you may be surprised to know it is closer to home and you know it as water (H20). As the inventor burns through sheet metal, water droplets are seen to run down the metal sheet as a byproduct. No fossil fuels, no adverse effects to the environment. The inventor went on to develop this new technology and converted his car to run on a mix of water and gasoline. Is there more, you bet.

Equinox ran a program in 1995 entitled "It runs on water" in which Stanley Meyer claimed that he had been approached by various influential bodies from around the world, intent on persuading him from pursuing his revolutionary water fuel cells. Mr Meyer claimed that on one occasion he was offered a billion dollars in cash by Arabs who wanted to stop his developments. Stanley Meyer died suddenly at the age of 57 on 21st March 1998 after dining at a restaurant.

Whether you believe as some do, that Stanley Meyer was murdered or not, his invention stood up to rigorous testing within the US patent office, despite initial pessimism. International governments and defence contractors expressed their interests after countless meetings which included NASA.

When Equinox interviewed Paul Czysz, Professor of Aeronautics at St Louis University who had an 'inside track' on NASA he said " If the thing like Stan Meyer has, works, then every piston engine, gas turbine today, if fitted with his convertor could run on Water. We could get stand alone devises to run all over the world.

I would be worried about the people who sell energy, as they would essentially be made bankrupt. Its what happened to Wagons when the trains came, or the Pony Express when the Telegraph came. Your going to wipe out an entrenched power base and they may not go easily."

The possibilities are endless, which never escaped the notice of NASA, we have the ability to produce new stand alone power stations and re-engineer a raft of existing modes of transportation, including our cars, to run on the most abundant resource the world has. So the big question, is why are we still peddling old technologies that are destroying our planet, with governments sitting on patents while adopting the sticking plaster approach as we explore ways to shore up the planets crumbling climate in order to continue burning fossil fuels, when there is a 21st Century panacea flowing all around us in the shape of water.  The answer is money and control, follow the money. Only if you are prepared to speak up not just as consumers but tenants of the planet, will you be able to encourage real change to take place, for the betterment of the earth and mankind as a whole.

Clean, abundant, renewable energy is running through our fingers and it's as clear as water.

After hours of discussion between Stanley and the US patent office, they concluded that Mr Meyer did indeed appear to have discovered an entirely new method for splitting water which showed few of the characteristics of classical electrolysis. Confirmation that his devices actually do work come from his collection of granted US patents on various parts of the WFC system. Since they were granted under Section 101 by the US Patent Office, the hardware involved in the patents has been examined experimentally by US Patent Office experts and their seconded experts and all the claims have been established.

The basic WFC was subjected to three years of testing. This raised the granted patents to the level of independent, critical, scientific and engineering confirmation that the devices actually perform as claimed.

Before you get carried away, as you are supposed to, by the press reports of Fraud Chargers brought against Meyer, read this account of the ‘Legal’ proceedings.

wp36ba1979.png

How to stitch up and discredit an Inventor - The "Legal" Way ( Gross miss-carriage of justice ).

It failed to work during a required demonstration of the water-fueled car in a 1990 court case. An Ohio court found Stanley Meyer guilty of "gross and egregious fraud" in a case brought against him by disgruntled investors. The court decided that the centerpiece of the car, his water fuel cell, was a conventional electrolysis device, and he was ordered to repay the investors $25,000.

However, in their 1 December 1996 issue , the London Sunday Times published an article entitled "End of Road for Car that Ran on Water" by Tony Edwards. It upheld the court case, stating that three "Expert Witnesses" were not impressed and decided that the WFC was simply using conventional electrolysis. It stated Stan Meyer was found guilty of "gross and egregious fraud" and was ordered to repay the investors their $25,000. It implied that Michael Laughton, professor of electrical engineering at Queen Mary and Westfield University, London was due to examine the car, but was not allowed to see it. However, not mentioned was that this occurred in 1990 and that the WFC Water Fuel injector tech-base was still under U.S. National Security Review as in accordance to U.S. Patent Law and not available for public viewing. Also not mentioned were the many WFC Patents, verified laboratory and university testing that supports the bases of WFC technology nor the WFC appeal filing to dismiss Judge Corzine ruling due to Judicial default and other relevant information.

On 18 October 1995, a pretrial deposition hearing to inspect the WFC Dealership demonstration units (Variable-plate Electrical Polarization Process (VIC) Fuel Cell and Rotary Pulse Voltage Frequecy Generator Tubular-Array Fuel Cell) was held in the office of the plaintiff's attorney, Robert Judkins. Present were the plaintiff's, their attorneys, plaintiffs expert witness, Michael Leverich (Electronics Engineer), Stan Meyer, Dr. Russel Fowler, WFC witness and defense attorneys Judge Roger Hurley and James Detling, as well as a deposition recorder. During the deposition, Attorney Judkins attempted to have the WFC dismantled prior to implementing proper test procedures, which Stan Meyer refused. Michael Leverich confirmed that his initial measurements of the WFC Fuel Cells showed that it operated exactly as the WFC documentation stated it should, as so recorded on WFC Deposition Video Tape. However, he then added a unknown white substance (powder) for additional testing. Stan objected to this, since the WFC Fuel Cell uses plain tap water and does not require a chemical additive. The plaintiffs also admitted that, during their observances at WFC Dealship Seminars, tap water was always used without any chemicals added to the water. Despite Stan's objection, plaintiff measurements were taken of this chemicallized water-bath and recorded. This illegal act of tampering with WFC Evidence of Records was witnessed by WFC Cameraman, Dr. Russ Fowler, and all others who attended Plaintiffs Deposition To-Test.

In 1996, Stan Meyer gave oral testimony before the court demonstrating the WFC Fuel Cell "Mode of Operability" by using the Voltage Intensifier Circuit (VIC) to produce voltage of opposite polarity to separate and disassociate the water molecule into its component gases, hydrogen & oxygen. However, the court audio sound recording equipment seemed to malfunction and was switched off. Judge Corzine said proceedings should continue without it. This was a violation of judicial protocol, since the recording system is used to verify testimony given during the trial and as such becomes "Evidence of Records." After his oral testimony, Stan expected Attorney/Judge Hurley to start bringing forth WFC witnesses and counter arguements. Instead, Attorney/Judge Hurley spoke up, stated he had to leave for a pre-planned vacation and said that there was no more testimony to be given and waived the right of the defendant to give a case summary of the WFC facts brought before the court. Stan Meyer immediately stated he would protest and Judge Corzine ended the hearing. Stan wrote a "Request to Retract" fax-letter to the Sunday Times on 2 December 1996. He attached WFC documentation on the filing with the Disciplinary Counsel. He further stated that Judge Corzine had no right to turn off the court audio sound recording equipment, nor to rule against U.S. Patents, or overrule Government and University lab reports in the public domain concerning the mode of operability of the WFC Technology. Furthermore, Stan pointed out that no US Federal "Cease and Desist" order has ever been issued against WFC since the WFC Technology has been fully legalized under US Patent Security Law 35 USC 101 and other US Federal regulatory Acts. His final statement was that "WFC is here to stay" in contradiction to the Sunday Times statement.

The saddest part of this for all Americans, is that you allowed it to happen to one of your brightest and most innovative minds of the 20th Century, and his motive ?

To help his Country, because of the fuel crisis of the 1970s.

How much longer are you going to allow yourselves to be played like this, and treated as if you are stupid.

The world, more than ever, needs minds who think laterally, not selfishly!

GCN Radio, interviews Ken Rasmussen, (38min) mentioned above.    Kens informative web-site  commutefaster.com/Energy

Kens background is as a technician, which involved classified work on the SR17Blackbird military aircraft for those not familiar.
He also has a securities background and has worked as a test driver for well know car manufacturers.
He has a good ‘handle’ on industry and experiences which you will find interesting. He gives example of ‘harassment’ at the beginning of the interview and goes on to name names within congress, who have as one insider in the pentagon commented, "denied stand alone technology to U.S. Soldiers that are trapped behind enemy lines" without fuel supplies who would undoubtedly have benefited from new technologies that had been showcased to the army, only to be denied by members of congress.
Listen for yourself, he is quite angry at what is happening, and who can blame him !

Still struggling with the question

Why?

You may be surprised to learn that inventors have had their patents blocked from further development for years in America.

Vaporiser units that heated the gasoline before it reached the carburettor giving less harmful emissions and (100-200) mpg.

Byronwine has accumulated some very interesting information !

The article is reproduced here along with a transcript for ease of viewing.

“So the mystery of the Pogue carburettor lies not in the devise itself, but in the semi-secret story surrounding its invention, development and eventual abandonment.”

The system will also help replace oxygen lost during experiments and airlock depressurization. Once activated, the oxygen generation system may daily provide up to 20 pounds of oxygen. During normal operations, it will provide 12 pounds daily; enough to support six crew members. The system will tap into the station's water supply and split the liquid into hydrogen and oxygen molecules. The hydrogen will be pushed into space, leaving the oxygen for the crew. The system is designed to operate with little monitoring.

NASA Preparing Oxygen Generation System for Space Station Press release 2006

wp56ca1535.jpg

Interesting that NASA was interested in Stanley Meyer’s fuel cell invention back in the 1990’s. You may well ask what technology NASA has used to recover the oxygen from water, while dumping the hydrogen in this case.

21 St Century

Can all these well intentioned inventors of better fuel technology, really have been wrong, or were they just ahead of their time, in the wrong place, at the wrong time.

As the news broadcasters said in the 1980's  in the clip opposite, “these are not ‘new’ energy sources, we have seen them reported for the last 10 - 15 years. Its time we took them seriously and started putting money behind them.

But there lies the problem, oil revenue is huge, transportation in the U.S., from oil, accounted for 222 billion gallons, 70% of production for 2006 .

With the stakes so very high, will society ever truly be entirely free of the energy monopoly, that is exacerbating climate change, refusing to accept 21st Century fuels, promoting the ‘sticking plaster’approach on fossil fuels pollution, whilst the banking system creams the profits off at every level.

Banking system in 2009 is funding old technology, with coal fired power stations on one hand, while they call on all to “think differently on climate change”.

How entrenched is Oil

in our system ?

The dogged reliance upon fossil fuels is further illustrated recently by the U.S Navy.

We are living in exciting times, with science as we know it, being re-written.

Quantum Physics has pushed aside some of the old accepted scientific believes, of separateness, with experiments opening our eyes to the marvels and intellect of the universe and its building blocks for life - electrons.       Time for change!

"The current draw in this arrangement is particularly interesting. With just one tube in place, the current draw is about one amp. When the second tube is added, the current increases by less than half an amp. When the third is added, the total current is under two amps. The forth and fifth tubes add about 100 milliamps each and the sixth tube causes almost no increase in current at all. This suggests that the efficency could be raised further by adding a large number of additional tubes, and as the gas is produced inside the tubes and the outer tubes are connected electrically, they could probably be bundled together."

Some of the interesting secrets discussed by scientists from around the world include:-
- The molecular make up of water is like the ABC…Z alphabet, while the ‘structure’ of water is like those letters being formulated into ‘sentences‘.
- Look at how electrical resonance is used to separate water from oil over several days.
- Water has the ability to have up to 440,000 different ‘information panels’.
- Why does water travel up the trunk of a tree, against 10s of atmospheres of pressure.
- Scientific experiments have increased crop yields by the use of ‘structured’ water as opposed to unstructured water irrigation supply.
- Look at how the ‘structure’ of water was effected after the Hydrogen bomb, and how water played a major role   in peoples ‘sickness’, by interfering with the brains own chemical composition which is 85% water.
- Scientist in China mixes 79% diesel with 20% ‘structured’ water and 1% emulsifier. Long term testing confirmed a 5% increase in power and 20% fuel economy saving.

The Movie ‘Water’ was released in 2006. Its a russian film produced by Saida Medvedeva, Sergey Shumakov. The film is shown here in English. It is a must see for every individual on the Planet.

Could it be that we take it for granted, because it is everywhere and yet have failed to realise its true value!
